YouTube star and Beme app co-founder Casey Neistat shares the formative moment behind his success

After discovering video editing when the first iMac was released in 1998, Casey Neistat vowed never to pursue an average job or average life, reveling in the self-expression that editing video gave him. He was kicked out of his family’s house at 15, became a father at 17, and decided to move to New York City by age 19.

Today, Casey has over 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube and is the co-founder of the rapidly growing social platform Beme.
