Storytelling, Branding and Marketing Workshops for Youth-Led Grassroots Initiatives

Now to facilitate workshops for youth with FYI CORE

Training for Young Leaders running Grassroots Youth-led Initiatives: Knowledge Exchange Meetups

Hosted by FYI CORE (For Youth Initiative’s Centre for Organizational Resilience), KEM (Knowledge Exchange Meetups) provide an interactive and participatory learning and networking opportunity for young leaders and allies who are interested in building knowledge of non-profit organizational development and managerial skills. Through a series of monthly workshops, young leaders and allies will be able to brainstorm, exchange/share resources, learn how to use practical tools, and expand network. KEM is an opportunity to build cross-sector alliance, skill, and knowledge for grassroots youth-led initiatives.

These workshops are specifically designed for young leaders (youth, students, recent graduates) who are running their own grassroots initiative (project, non-profit, event, organization).

Do-it Yourself Branding, Marketing & Storytelling

Through this workshop, attendees will be better equipped to:

  1. Create a visual brand for their initiative (Branding/Design)
  2. Create compelling stories (Storytelling for Youth-led Initiatives)
  3. Understand marketing tools to get their message out there (Outreach)

The workshop is being repeated in two locations:
