Solving disputes is simpler with Condico

From collecting client payments to roommate issues, Condico is the go-to app for resolving disputes easily

Nobody enjoys dealing with financial disputes — whether it be chasing a client down for outstanding payments, or issues collecting rent from roommates or tenants, there are not many affordable, user-friendly options out there.

Thankfully, Now Creative Group is working with two Toronto entrepreneurs who have developed a way for you to cut down on endless negotiations and avoid awkward conversations.

Meet Condico — an online mediation tool for simple financial disputes.

Condico is both a mobile app and a web-based platform that automates the negotiation process for you. The tool assists users in settling financial disputes without the unpredictable and often prohibitive costs associated with other options such as Small Claims Court or traditional mediation.

Condico allows you to start and track your negotiation in a safe, secure online system, reach a fair settlement without compromising your bottom-line, and save time and money negotiating simple financial disputes.

When is Condico useful?

These days, it’s incredibly useful to have an online solution, when meeting in-person isn’t recommended. With offices and courthouses closed or on reduced hours due to pandemic, a digital tool like this really comes in handy.

There are a variety of situations when you could turn to Condico. The most common are settling landlord-tenant disputes, collecting overdue payments from clients, or any other smaller dispute where you don’t want to get a lawyer involved.

Here’s how it works

Condico does what a high-priced mediator does at a fraction of the cost. For many disputes, it’s a no-brainer.

Condico works in three simple steps:

  1. Make your offer. Start your negotiation by explaining your situation and how much money you want to give and/or receive in order to resolve your matter.
  2. Negotiate the amount. The app contacts the other party and they’ll have up to 30 days to make a “Condico” with you based on an amount you’ve agreed to.
  3. Reach a “Condico“. When the other party agrees to an amount within your range, you’ll be notified and a formal confirmation will be sent to each party.

So what’s the cost?

Condico is completely free for all settlements under $1000. For settlements over and above $1000 in value, a successful Condico is charged starting at only $50 for settlements between $1000—$5000, for example.

There’s no question that these disputes can get a bit awkward. Condico can help you take the awkwardness away and help you get the money you deserve.

Find common ground.
