About the Facilitators
Daniel Francavilla — Daniel founded Now Creative Group were he works with a team of creatives and strategists to provide design, digital, marketing and media services to startups, businesses and non-profits. Daniel has a degree in Graphic Design at OCAD University and a certificate in Digital Strategy and Communications Management from the University of Toronto.
Ali Hanif — Ali has worked in enterprise sales for over 10 years with companies like the Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal and Thomson Reuters. He is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs understand how to better connect with customers. Ali is a firm believer in the value of creating unique customer experiences by using design thinking and a humanistic approach to selling. He studied at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management Bachelor of Commerce program.
